Step 3: Approve Your Preview

Love the design? Approve and we’ll start production. Want changes? Each order includes one free revision — we’ll adjust the design until it feels just right.

Step 4: Craft Your Keepsake

Once approved, every frame is hand-crafted with care. Each piece is unique, made to capture the bond you shared with your pet.

Receive Your Keepsake

Once approved, your keepsake is carefully crafted, packaged and shipped to your door. You’ll receive a tracking confirmation once it’s on its way.
